Thanks for those free $1 bets! You guys are far better than the blue one (Fan Dual) and just a bit worse than the green one (Draft Kings) to a Chicago guy that mostly does $1-10 bets, and often on the team he hates…just so he is bought “free lunch” when his team looses. Your Free $1 or 2 bets have yielded me about the same as the the constant “boost” to my winnings I get at Draft kings. Also I don’t think your iPad so lets me rotate sideways yet…still forced to hold it the long way!

The options for betting seem unlimited, I just wish I could catch a break. But this is my favorite online Sportsbook to direct deposit my paychecks to. I visit this site several times each day. I like that navigating through the app… I like that navigating through the app is quicker than most other sportsbook apps. I like the pointsbetting option, also. I don't like the lag in the live betting. Many times, I've clicked on a bet, entered my bet amount, hit submit, hit confirm and then the line has changed dramatically. I had to un-check the "auto accept line changes" button. Also, I wish I could add my bets to my bet slip and have the ability to click or un-click certain bets to make a parlay. BetMGM has this option and I like it. On PointsBet, I have to delete the bets from my bet slip completely and then go back and find the game again to add it back for a different parlay. I hope that makes sense.

I'm enjoying the betting experience but the login experience is poor. I'm enjoying the betting experience with Pointsbet. However, I'm not enjoying the login experience with my iPhone. I've talked to other and they have the same issue. A friend of mine closed his account with PB because of this. Every time I sign in, it asks if I want to enable Face ID, then, it asks if I want to enable a pin code. I've tried say yes to both, yes to one and not other. No combination works. It's pretty frustrating especially when all other platforms are seamless login experience. Thanks.

Although I'm sure you guys want it to be an integrated experience for the engagement and use factor but from a player perspective the separation of casino and sportsbook help with impulses and not many apps do that so you guys have an advantage there IMO.
