GBFirst time redeeming I sent a message… First time redeeming I sent a message to chat about why my bank was it popping up out of 8,000 Banks to choose from. The rep told me my only choice was to choose one of those Banks or basically use gift cards. I got a second email from support that I had emailed later and that rep gave me additional options to redeem cash! I was going to stop playing here until support assured me that I have additional options!

GBNot a bad platform Not a bad platform, I just hate that it's such a pain getting to the sweeps play site. It's nearly impossible not to get reverted to the club site, which is useless. I've reported the issue and followed the instructions support gave me and still no luck.

GBCancelled my winnings after saying account was properly adjusted and the matter was considered closed I spent $1938 buying diamonds and won $20,000 and then gambled that and won $99,000. I cashed out $5-6,000 and the they restricted my account and said there was a glitch in their boost store. They emailed me and said they did an adjustment of -$30,479.28 and that my account had been adjusted properly and that the matter was considered closed. Then I was given access to my account again and I submitted 3 more redemption requests. I already had 3 pending. In total I had 6 requests for $10,000 each totaling $60,000. And 2 days later on April 26th they cancelled all my requests with no explanation. And they had already notified me that my account had been adjusted properly and that the matter was consider closed leaving the remaining balance to be settled. So they took my winnings of $60,000 with no explanation and wrongfully

GBReally starting to hate this site your… Really starting to hate this site your customer service agents are trash ! This is the second time I have had an issue with a game or being compensated for something and had to wait days for a reply to my inquiry and when I do finally get a response its for something that has nothing to do with my inquiry .. I had an issue with a game freezing and crashing I want to be compensated or I want my spins !! It's that simple train your agents because they don't even take the time to read peoples emails like at all ! And then I bought coins today and lost on that too so im even more PO'd .. wont get nomore from me u told myself that before but no this was the icing on the cake you guys will dig a hole into someone's pocket but not even try to give back how you give free spins and tgeb then game crashes and freezes !!
