NLVery bad experience Very bad experience, my bonus didn't come trough.. i contacted service.. they responded: bonus is received.. tough its nowhere to be found.. i even sinds screenshots.. moments later their respond: expired.. but if it woud be expired.. wouldnt it been show in bonus history?.. they kent repeating its expired.. but on all sites i ever played on.. al bonussen ar shown in history even the expired ons.. the guy from service was verry arrogant..

NLThey stolen my winnings Hello, today I deposited 50 euro and asked a bonus, but operator registered as no deposit bonus (100 free spins)and for that mistake they got exceed winnings for 380 euro. I was playing with my deposit 50 euro and 4 euro I won with the free spins. They got my money for an operator that made a mistake assigning bonus free spins as no deposit. That’s what really happened and that’s not fair at all. I tried to explain tu support uploading proof of deposit but they didn’t want to understand that was not my fault. This behavior is not fair with a customer that deposited ‘more that 2k euro in a week. I’m making a complaint for this cause that’s what really happened. I also informed MGA. I asked to cancel my account, they are not serious and fair. Don’t play with this provider.

NLWorst customer service Worst customer service. Do not play here. Do not put money in, will not get it out. Steal your money, because do not let you cash out. Customer service do not help, 2 month for document aproval and still no accepted. First, they say everything is good. Try 10x times. Then they just do not approve nothing.
