Then went to withdraw it suddlenly wanted ID no problem sent it all in was calling and using live chat told lie after lie nearly a week later many calls every day trying to get my money I’ve just been told by emails they made a decision I can’t afford to use the site but now have not payed my winnings of £2900 and say I won’t be I am taking this further please please use other sites the stress it caused me and the lies I’ve been told are terrible

Takes your money but refuse to pay I would give minus figures if I could, they owe me 50 pounds and are saying my driver's licence is not clear enough and I cannot use NHS letters or bank statement which came from on line. This has been a fight for over a week and they are bad payers over 50 pound. These checks should be done before they take money if they need them done to pay out. Been told on 3 occasions my docs are verified then told it's no good. Bad very bad company. And there is no managers funny that

Worst Bingo Site Without a doubt, the worst bingo site I've ever played on. If I could give this site minus zero stars, I would. Trying to withdraw funds is like trying to get blood out of a stone. The customer service is so poor that once I got my winnings after being constantly lied to by several CSA's I closed my account immediately. Avoid at all costs!!

Never Register With Costa Bingo Crazy rip off they use all real money first, even when you win you have to use your real money for the next game when using bonus money. Therefore when using the bonus it is impossible to win, you can't withdraw bonus money and can't save up real winnings as they are used first so its race to the bottom i.e. having zero balance and I was also misinformed about the bonus and told I needed to get to exactly zero before the bonus kicks in which is almost impossible as you are left with odd penny and ended up spending a further £20 trying to get to zero. Cost me £50 in total with zero chance of winning. The games are also so weighted in the house favour with less than 30% of wager ending up in the prize pot, so again the odds are so stacked against you of ever making a profit with tiny jackpots in some cases less than my total stake. I have never thought gambling was a way to make make money, but the thrill of the chance should always be there. I couldn't wait for my £90 of bonus money to get to zero as it was worth less than nothing, as I had to invest time to watch my money get flushed away. I am going to issue a court summons to test if this is even legal and publish the whole sorry event on You Tube. Do not join "Costa a Load Bingo" just throw your money straight out of the window it will save so much time and agitation.
