I have messaged numerous times over 2 days been on live chat 4 or 5 time only to be told I have a duplicate account and that my account is closed withdrawal has been rejected 3 or 4 times. Every time you message live they show the same information or rule and policies but not other help cause they say account is closed. I have only just signed up and I managed to have a duplicate account and no help on how to withdraw my winnings. Many people have said the same thing they will take you deposit with no problem but try and withdraw seem impossible. I believe this site is a scam.

I won’t afew grand multiple times..withdraw is a nightmare..was told I didn’t make the wager blah blah…every lie under the sun. Heard it all. Took my winnings, credited my account with $600 (which cannot be cashed out as well smh!) going around in circles!!! Level up is soooo good they even had a personal “level up manager” call me on the daily to checkup on things. That managers number is now disconnected… this casino can come and LEVELUP MY ASS!
