TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY CHEAT ME OUT OF £10 Terrible customer service, lady was extremely unhelpful. I played Blackjack and they cheated me out of £10! Then refused to refund the money. its obviously a system error so please stay away, this is obviously a scam as many other people seem to have the same problem with them not paying the right amount of money!

Scam. Granted me a bonus that I didn't even want or ask for, then because I did what they don't want their customers to do, win, they refused to allow me to withdraw my £1000 winnings. This was despite me meeting the wagering demands of the bonus. Their reasoning was that betting on mainly red or black is somehow 'minimal risk' betting, even though the odds of you winning are slightly less than half. Waste of time, would never give this scam of a company the time of day again and will advise everyone against ever using them.

I've been using supercasino for the last 2-3 years now and agree that they're a bit long winded sometimes with some of their security checks especially one time when I had just had a win and tried to withdraw my winnings and couldn't until I'd provided them with more forms of ID via email, this did annoy me and made me wait 5 days for my winnings instead of the usual 2-3 avg.. however I could never call them Scammers because they are not..
