IEVerification nightmare Verifiying your betting account is part of the business and I have absolutely no problem with it. But what this crowd is asking for is beyond a joke. Asking for: ID (normal) Picture of me holding ID (not so normal, but ok) copies of front and back credit card (quite normal) A completed and signed credit card authorization form in which you have to fill in complete credit card number and expiration date (ridiculous) I needed to make a withdrawal, so have no choice but to provide the documents, which I did. However, everytime I sent the documents something else was wrong (which kept taking them weeks to let me know). The files were in the wrong format (normal jpeg so makes no sense), then they were too big (not true either), then they had no staff due to Covid etc etc. just excuses to delay my payment. It ended up taking 5 months(!) when I finally go the email saying my account was verified. This was 4 months ago. Today I received another email, asking to fill out the complete form again, asking for proof of address and lots of other stuff again. When I told them I was fully verified, they claimed they need to 'update' their files. Well here we go again. Another 5 months of torture. This company is an absolute joke and I would advise all of you to stay far away.

DKHorrendous email support Horrendous email support. Over 1 week in between answers. An absolute nightmare verifying my account in order to withdraw funds. Oh, and the lines are trash. Bet elsewhere.

GBI have been using Intertops since 1999 I have been using Intertops since at least 1999. I have made thousands of "transactions" every year and have never had a problem. Like most people, I tend to never cash out, but occasionally I will hit big and take a payment. One warning, the bonus terms are not really that good in the casinos. I still use the bonuses, but I probably shouldn't... You can get a $300 bonus and are required to play about $30,000 in transactions. It's a bit much. The classic casino bonuses seem to be more fair than casino red.

GBFirst they have the worst odds compared… First they have the worst odds compared to other sites. Now trying to withdraw funds and they keep asking for different photos of my Driver's license and me holding the Driver's License. I scanned the Driver's license the first time and it was perfect. I don't know what their problem is other than making it as hard as possible to withdraw funds. It took 1 minute to take my funds and now over 2 weeks and still not any closer to getting a withdrawal. Finally received refund after a couple of weeks.

GBTOTAL SCAM!!! STAY AWAY!!! If I could give a negative amount of stars I would. I sincerely wish I would have found these reviews BEFORE I gave them my money. And when I say 'gave' I MEAN gave. What they FAIL to mention anywhere except for the cash out page is it will cost you FIFTY DOLLARS to cash out, plus any fees that your bank charges. So to cash out the $20 I DEPOSITED after breaking even, they wanted to CHARGE me $70. So I continued to play because, I mean, WHY NOT if I couldn't get my money back anyway. Finally made about $200, so I thought hey now I can at least afford their fee. WRONG AGAIN! They took the $50 alright, only problem is they took it from MY BANK ACCOUNT! And then STILL didn't cash out my chips. Required me to upload a picture of my ID, which I did, that they then DENIED for no apparent reason as far as I'm aware because I still haven't received a response from their customer support as to WHY. My best guess is that because I live in the States they think they can get away with it and I have no legal recourse. But I am working on that and they're in for a VERY unpleasant surprise XD STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS WHATEVER YOU DO!
