They can improve by shutting down… They can improve by shutting down permanently. All the bad reviews on here are true, but I had to find out for myself. This plays so bad, it's unbelievable - amazing how often the bad beats come - many times if you get the nuts the other player will end up tying so you get a split for no profit. I've been beaten on the last 4 full house's that I had! These criminals should go to jail, but of course they won't. Will just sit back and keep raking in the money they steal.

Fix the system I was referred by a friend, used the link created an account, claimed welcome promo, made deposit and never received my 400%. Contacted customer service, Jose. I explained and he checked my acct. He said I had chosen to put my 400% bonus into poker. I told Jose I didn't choose anything. I wasn't even given the option of a choice of where to use my bonus. I asked since nothing had happened yet if it be could be fixed. He said No. I don't see why there would be problem. Apparently decisions you actually didn't make are concrete. However..I noticed an extra $25 in my acct. On a another note...a lot of the games won't let you play due to conflicting somethings between games and promotions. However, it doesn't say that...the error reads "Balance is too low to place a bet.. Please deposit more money." It's not that the cs was rude or unhelpful..it's the system that sucks. In addition my friend didn't receive their referral bonus.

They will lock your account if you Try to withdraw. They will message you pretending to be working on your issue but it will never get resolved. Play at your own risk. Edit: look at them try to make it seem as if I didn't send the requested documents over 50 times( not exaggerating actually over 70 now) and it's been over a week. EDIT: a few days after the last edit and multiple more documents the account was unlocked and funds received about 24hrs later.

I sent two deposits I sent two deposits, one in the amount of 193.00 and another in the amount of 169.00 vis coinbase/Ethereum. Never had a problem using the same address I used earlier in the day. After contacting coinbase and they looked into, they tell me it was sent to ignition but in some wallet of some sort (not real sure what she meant). After chatting with someone in their website per request via email, the got nowhere and seemed like she just did not give a crap about the money I attempted the deposit. Infact the most disappointing thing while typing she closed the chat window.....highly recommend another URL for online casino....this place is an absolute joke. Update: ignition did find the issue on their end and the money was put in my account. I would like to thank whomever find the issue and was able to resolve it. I still am not sure what I did wrong. But thank you for fixing the problem.
