DEPOSITED 30 WITHDREW 1000 just like to say, hate william hill but love william hill casino club apparently canadian company who i have to say are fair, i deposited 30£ and just played about with it for a while, next thing im up to 200 so i bet 100 on blackjack, no lie, it cme in about 4 times in row.. can i get a woopdy woop woop.. anyway after a bit balance was at a bout 1200,, withdrew the 1000 and wasted the 200. They told me at first withdrawel would take over 10 days obviously i wasnt happy, asked for it to be hurried.. hey prestoo... 2 days later its in my bank, i havent deposited there since but hey thats fair to me

Terrible and non-existent customer services Terrible and non-existant customer services. Reading other reviews, it seems I am not the only who has been neglected by William Hill. I initialy sent a complaint via the online Chat and was advised 'A Manager would look into it' After a few weeks, I chased this up and no response. After a month, I wrote in the Complaints email. I have chased this up serveral times, but 2 months down the line - not even one response from William Hill. William hill rip off Well I signed up to William hill they… Well I signed up to William hill they give me 50 spins for free after playing with the 50 spins I ended up with 1.54. it said it was withdrawal funds anyway I ended up winning £1,000 but they wanted a deposit before I could withdraw so I deposited £10 immediately they shut my account asking for photo ID which I do not have because I have no passport and I do not drive. now they are just totally ignoring me as I have said forget about the 1000 please can you just send me my £10 back. I have no response whatsoever
