These people are thieves These people are thieves. There could not be a worse betting site. I deposited money, made two bets and won both. My bets were then "voided" and my initial deposit returned. After I won I tried to withdraw my winnings and was told to submit a photo ID and a photo of my credit card. They certainly did not ask for this information to take my deposit. I told them "no" and to send me my winnings My account was then suspended and by the time I was able to reopen it my bets had been "voided" and my deposit returned. I can guarantee that had I lost the bets that they would not have been "voided." They stole my winnings plain and simple.

However I came back to the website and said could you reopen my account, they said sure and we talked for a while and I said its fine for me to return. I was betting and made a fair bit on esports and wanted to withdrawal they said " With reference to your “Permanently close my account” written email request. The deposits that you have made since your account closure request have been refunded by your recent withdrawals. All your other activity on our site since your permanent account closure request, is deemed null and void. Please no longer attempt to play on this site as your account has been permanently closed." Don't trust this mob they are bunch of crooks go somewhere else or lose alot of money.

It’s a scam It’s a scam. I finally won a $2200 parlay and they locked my account. Some guy named Tony was their “customer service”. Lied and said their was no manager to speak to and then eventually hung up on me. Pretty easy to see scam. Go with a more reputable book and don’t get ripped off.

I've used many books and this is my… I've used many books and this is my first horrible experience. I placed a wager for a unit (1 Unit is %99 of my wagers). The next morning when I checked my account the same bet was placed FOUR extra times. I contacted customer support and explained to them the situation. Whoever I talked to did not care what so ever and ended the chat because he knew they were wrong. So many good books out there so avoid this one at all costs.

Don’t pay winning bets make up lies Placed a bet for an nba player to score 16+ points .. player scores 22 points they mark the bet as a loss. Talked to customer service 5 times they all tell me the + sign means exactly. I asked why have the + sign after the 16 they couldn’t explain it
