My Go-To Gaming Shop (Online) Game Nerdz always takes good care of me. Their shipping is speedy, and they usually have the best prices that I can find online. My orders are always well-packed/packaged too - things aren't damaged in transit (which means a lot!) I also appreciate the ability to pre-order things and take advantage of their early-bird discounts. They continue to be my go-to for online game shopping, and I don't see that changing anytime soon.

Small tweaks go a long way Website navigation, selection, and prices are great. I recognize pre-orders can be hard to pin down for exact arrival, but I did not get any updates into the delays on my order until I called in. Meanwhile, a pre-order through another website kindly sent me an e-mail letting me know their order was not fulfilled and there would be a delay. Things like that really help to alleviate confusion and frustration.

Amazing expirience Amazing experience - the package arrived on time, and was safely packed; however, one of the items was slightly damaged on the outside (but everything else was safe). The interior of the package was filled out with bubble wrap, and none of the items were open (all of them were in their original packaging, and it did not look like someone was messing with it). In general, I had no issues with the package, and all of the items arrived safely at my doorstep.

The Time I Drove to the Internet Great prices, speedy shipping and honestly I had an in person customer experience at their fulfillment center that I still talk about today. My friends and I were in Dallas and thought they had a physical location. They don’t really, but they let us order online to their address and then expedited the order so we could grab lunch and come back and pick it up. It was stellar customer service, in space that you wouldn’t expect that to be a concern at all. They will always be my top go to for games.
