Not legit. Someone always takes the account back I bought an account from them in August 2022 and it worked great for a year. After a year almost to the exact date, the account was taken back by some mysterious owner that they couldn't find. They offered me a replacement account: #9R809988. The replacement accounts progression was behind the original account so I lost time and money. After about 4 months, another mysterious user accessed the new replacement account despite me changing the email and activating account protection. They assured me that was impossible but it's obviously not. I wouldn't recommend this service, it's not worth the headache to keep switching the accounts they give you.
