don't be scared to get help. they can ACTUALLY help. Brian helped me address a slight error in my installation of Modpack into my server. less than 10 min and he had it working flawlessly. polite and quick to respond. very happy with the customer service at simple gaming host!

Elijah was very fast and helpful. 10/10 One of the easiest server-hosting's I've ever used. Everything is so easy. The panel is well made, if you're familiar with PC's it will be a breeze. If you're not just watch the videos they give you, Really in depth details for starters that haven't used a server-hosting before. I would use SimpleGameHosting once again, They really live up to their name and I love their customer service. And I would recommend to a friend!

Fantastic Servers and Customer service! My crew was playing pixelmon and needed a server to run on. SimpleGameHosting was suggested to me by a customer from my job so I tried it. They do a fantastic job and never had any issues, but unfortunaly for the moment my crew is playing different games. Once we get in the mood to play again I'll be coming right back here. Easy to use. Easy to install mods. FANTASTIC customer service!

Pretty good service so far I haven't had any issues using this hosting site so far. As a recommendation to make the service better. Adding more modrinth modpacks and also more fabric supported modpacks to choose from would very nice.
