I would like to say that the owner is very friendly, helpful, kind and any positive things I'd like to express my appreciation for the owner's friendly demeanor and helpful nature. When I encountered difficulties connecting to the server, we worked together to troubleshoot the issue. Initially, we thought it was a simple problem, but it turned out to be more complex -the school's Wi-Fi had a firewall preventing access. We tested this theory by connecting to my mobile hotspot, which, although not ideal, confirmed the issue. I had to use a VPN to bypass it. We spent around 2-3 hours trying to solve the problem, and the owner dedicated his free time to help me, for which I'm grateful. Many people would have given up quickly, but he persisted until we found a solution. Similarly, when I faced compatibility issues with my mods and the server version, he shared a solution from Reddit, which took some time but ultimately worked. Despite not being able to play the game or access the server until now, his commitment to customer satisfaction is evident. His dedication to helping customers sets him apart, and I would rate his customer support highly if I could. I appreciate doing business with people like him, and his loyalty to customers ensures my continued support for his server. I wish him the best for his company's future success. In short, I trust him, and I recommend trying out his server.
