Customer service is quick, friendly, and informative. The only compliant I have, is their redemption process takes the longest of any of the other online casinos I play on! The first time I cashed out took 8 days. Which is to be expected when redeeming at most online casinos for the FIRST TIME, but I just redeemed for a 2nd time, and am on the 7th day of waiting as of today!! If they would speed up the redemption time, I would definitely change to 5 stars!!!
