Trash Customer Support Everything is fine except the customer support. The customer support is so trashy, they never reply left me on seen two times. The first they just answered about the pricing, then when I asked about how to do it, they left me on seen, the second time was when I cancelled the order but it still deducted my RO Coins, I asked about it, even send a screenshot to help them better understand my problem, but they still left me on seen. I seriously don't like the customer support, put a nice guy on it. Apart from that I guess it's just fine.

I would say their fast delivery is one… I would say their fast delivery is one of the things that separates them from the rest of their competitors. I have been using their website since december and nothing comes close plus they’re improving the UI . So it looks better too .
