Valerie was a Customer Service ROCK STAR!!! Valerie called to let me know one of the items was not available, quickly and easily substituted another one. Also, we identified a problem with their web interface, and she invoiced me for one fish I hadn't paid for in the initial order. She reached out again when my order was unavoidably delayed, and stayed in touch until it arrived. I ordered a dozen little discus, and every one of them arrived alive and well (and are still alive today, several weeks later after acclimating to their new home). I couldn't be more pleased and satisfied, and I will certainly return when/if I ever need to order more fish. THANK YOU Valerie, and all, for a most pleasant experience!

I normally don't write reviews but in… I normally don't write reviews but in this situation I feel it important. First we are all as lovers of the aquatic hobby. I was very reluctant on my purchase since the price was almost 50% less than most sellers due to size (all of my Cichlids were 2in. vs. the normal sellers of 3in.) Awesome I get to see them grow up! Ok, the shipment was delivered, the box was intact and the heating pad was still warm, and no leaks of the individually packed fish (13 ea.). All of them arrived healthy although not collared due to stress (normal). After acclamation to their new home and being feed (they were hungry) within 45 minutes they all regained their color and look absolute amazing!!!! All are doing awesome as my living room show piece….l highly recommend this seller *not taken lightly when your spending a lot of money for quality unseen*……

Convenient way to buy fish Ordered three, 3" cichlids, different varieties to join our existing 4 cichlids. Placed order on a Sunday evening, received fish on Tuesday morning. All seemed fine, were a good size and beautiful. Followed the simple integration instructions. Unfortunately, we did lose one of the new fish the very next day, but 3 weeks later the remaining fish seem to be doing just fine. This is our 2nd experience ordering from The iFish Store and we'll order from them again in the future.

Well first of all we had ordered over… Well first of all we had ordered over $250 worth of fish! They where all late getting here. When the fish arrived two or three of the cichlids had white things all over them I think it was ick, that was on the fish. All of the cichlids and plecostomus has all died within the first two weeks the fish that I had in there before we got the new fish cichlids we're all doing okay had no problems, the tank has been established for over 2 years, so there should be no problem with that tank.. I had ordered three discus for my husband's tank and they all died within the first couple of days his tank has been established for over 4 years and has other fish in it and has no problems. You think that when you pay $39.99 for one fish that you would get something healthy not diseased... I doubt the fish store will do anything about it. I wouldn't buy fish from them again... Thanks a lot fish store.
