Along with that i bought the char to be geared to ilvl 400, to which they said it would take 2 to 3 days. My character was ilvl 400 less that 24 hours after they started gearing, so they work effeciently. They also made sure if i wanted to self play or account share and told me way ahead of time when they would log on to my acc, and they put up with excess of questions, since first time using this kind of service. 10/10 would recommend.
