Fantastic customer service.. Fantastic product, worked a treat for my psvr 2, much better than wearing glasses. One less thing that needed to be adjusted, Lenses worked perfectly. However after a couple of months they became loose fitting, I reached out to honsvr via email, and explained this to them. Didn't really expect anything, but very pleasantly surprised when they replied, apologised and promptly sent me replacements. Brilliant customer service.. I couldn't recommend this company more.

Mindblowing. Amazing sellers, after a bad experience with first lenses which were touching and scraping my vr lenses, they accepted to send me another pair of prescription lenses with thicker mountning for free, which absolutely feels amazing and safer than the first ones. Mindblowing experience overall, you can buy products from them eyes closed ! (got it ? ;) )

I highly recommend this company I highly recommend this company. I’m from the UK and ordered prescription lenses for my quest 3. It is one of a very few companies that I found that were able to make the lenses for my very high +8.50 prescription. After ordering Honsvr swiftly emailed me to let me know the lenses for my prescription will take a few days longer which is understandable. They were shipped to me within 12 days which is more than reasonable with the added lead time for the special order. They are very easy to install and are absolutely crystal clear. No more glasses in VR! Thank you Honsvr

Perfect lenses, exceptional customer service Perfect lenses, exceptional customer service I have a very strong and complexed lens prescription, consequently the first pair of lenses were good, however, due to the high index plastic used to make them thinner, I found that visibility wasn't as good at the edges of the lens I contacted HONVR and their customer service was absolutely exceptional. They made and shipped me a new pair with non high-index plastic which, although expectedly thicker, provide me absolutely perfect edge to edge vision in my headset I cannot recommend this company highly enough
