I was able to speak to the 'owners' to get the information that I needed in order to make a sound purchase. Once I received my machine, it was ready to play immediately. However, as will most machines, parts need to be replaced. The people at The PinBall Company helped me right away and shipped what I needed quickly and a little or no cost to me.
