Everybody including myself loves playing the Wizard of Oz it is such an exhilarating game with all kinds of new features that we haven't seen in past pinballs. Rude and poor customer service Rude and poor customer service. I don't know what is it with the Pinball scene and bad customer service but honestly finding companies that don't come back sarcastic or rude is VERY hard to find. I imagine its ran by old people who think its OK to be poor in customer services.
