GBThese guys really are a cut above the rest… These guys really are a cut above the other server services I have used in the past. Excellent service, excellent systems, integrated FTP, the whole nine yards. The new standard by which all others will be judged in the future! Side note: Brad was the technician assisting me and was excellent in every regard. Really knows his stuff with servers, and the modding community as a whole. GBBlatant bait and switch tactics Blatant bait and switch tactics. They sold a server that they didn't have the appropriate hardware for. They admitted this in the service tickets and they suggested I lower the playercount for the server or pay 3x more for a dedicated box. I said I wanted a refund, they declined. Hoping a charge back will go through as they are operating very unethically. EDIT: Upon seeing that I filed a dispute with paypal and gave them poor reviews, they cancelled my account and took all the funds associated with my purchase. I have filed a complaint to the FTC as well as the BBB. EDIT 2: To their response: Their representative acknowledged that the hardware they were hosting on was insufficient to host an 80 player server. They are the ones responsible for delivering the service, not the game developers.

GBGreat Customer Service Very helpful and patient to customers who have no idea what to do or new to setting up a server... tracy and brad help me get started thank you guys so much. You cannot find a better quality customer service or a faster response time than BFS. I highly recommend this company.

GBOutstanding Service and go Above and Beyond if you have problems to get them fixed! They were able to get custom settings to work where other server providers were not able to do! Joshua is best and he is one that got it to work! Their response and communications are outstanding and always go above and beyond! I got two servers with them currently and recommend.

GBi got frustrated over another… i got frustrated over another serverhost place ignoring me for two days with the server down and moved to blue fang and oh my god the difference in customer service is VAST !!!!!!! I cant keep up with how fast they responded and were answering questions. Amazing change and very happy with everything so far. Tooooo include the control panel options and edit abilities. Tooooo include them fixing stuff I messed up cause im a newb. Great exp so far. HIGHLY recommend and Josh is my hero heh he helped me for hours answering questions
