On time, good product, fair price My boys order their models from HobbyLinc. Every product we receive is in good condition, never broken. We usually get the model delivered a day or two before the expected delivery (not sure if that is thanks to HobbyLinc or the delivery service, though). Always a fair price!

Hobbylinc I've been buying from Hobbylinc for 5 plus years and always get great prices and service. They consistently have lower prices and shipping costs than their competitors. Having no local hobby shops that sell model rocketry, I've no choice but to shop online. I'm certainly glad I found Hobbylinc!

Great Customer Service I was asleep at the wheel and ordered too many of one item. I emailed support and they were able to fix it with no problems. You might think this to be such a simple thing but once a competitor, though shipment had not taken place, in fact on backorder for 3 months, told me to return the unwanted items after receipt at my own expense because the system did not allow cancellations (the expected ship date has been extended another 3 months). Needless to say after that, I will order from Hobbylinc whenever possible.

I ordered a lot of ho scale parts &… I ordered a lot of ho scale parts & track upon arrival box was open on end and some items missing. I emailed hobbylinc customer service they promptly filled the order of missing shipment, this day and age you don’t see customer satisfaction great company will continue with using them for my modeling needs. I recently placed my first order with Hobbylinc because I liked their easy-to-use website, awesome selection of hard-to-find and common products, and great prices.
