Good prices, slow fulfillment Hobbylinc has an enormous inventory with good to great prices. Their fulfillment speed is comical as it takes them “forever” to process the payment, pull products from their warehouse and ship. I’ve purchased many item from this site over the past few years and will continue to do so. But…they have the slowest fulfillment on the web in my experience.

Hobbylinc I've been buying from Hobbylinc for 5 plus years and always get great prices and service. They consistently have lower prices and shipping costs than their competitors. Having no local hobby shops that sell model rocketry, I've no choice but to shop online. I'm certainly glad I found Hobbylinc!

Slowing Fulfillment - Rising Prices Lately I have been finding better prices and quicker fulfillments elsewhere for n and ho scale train stuff. Getting product ordered out their door has always been like molasses however. Their response has always been something like "do you know how many shipments we do each day"? My reply is no, but if you know that perhaps you should gear up to ship more quickly. I have started looking elsewhere for much of my needs as a result.

My Go-To Hobby Store Hobbylinc became my go-to hobby store when the local brick-and-mortar hobby shop closed. They almost always have what I'm looking for, at a decent price, with reliable delivery. The only problem I've ever had was a shipment in which a glass paint jar got broken. I informed them via email, they responded within a few minutes with the option of sending a replacement or reimbursing my credit card, and resolved the matter immediately. I like 'em!

Great Customer Service I was asleep at the wheel and ordered too many of one item. I emailed support and they were able to fix it with no problems. You might think this to be such a simple thing but once a competitor, though shipment had not taken place, in fact on backorder for 3 months, told me to return the unwanted items after receipt at my own expense because the system did not allow cancellations (the expected ship date has been extended another 3 months). Needless to say after that, I will order from Hobbylinc whenever possible.
