Truly amazing customer support! ApexMC is deeply overpriced and their main selling point is their "top rated customer support" well whoever rated them obviously never met the witherhosting staff. Talking to landon was like talking to an old friend and he honestly set up my server for me, rivaling even apexmc's support team. now I do admit, it does take a while for them to get to you but when they get to you the answers are prompt and deeply helpful! 10/10

Wither Hosting is Top Notch! The staff is amazing, I am not super experienced in server management! I have decent knowledge in programming but I started making a minecraft server network (I began on Apex Hosting, and I am planning to move my 3 servers from Apex over to witherhosting). I have run into issues (caused by me) and the staff always helps me with the most kind and thoughtful attitude! They always explain if I don't understand something, and help me however they can! I'm so grateful! I love that I can use the multiserver system to setup multiple servers with whatever allocation of CPU/RAM/SSD storage I want, My only issue is that I can't add more than 800% CPU lmao. I got enough to put more than that on each and so now I have used up my storage/RAM allocation and have extra CPU vcores. that's okay though because it'll come in handy when I swap my 3 apex servers over eventually. Overall they have the best prices, and the best service I have come across. They are also the only hosting service with the Multiserver setup that I have found thus far.

The support is bad the support is just so slow and respond just to respond. if you think you don't need support please think twice because I can't unzip my files on there panel and I need them to do it for me but the support took 5 hours to replay and the respond is useless they basically say click Unarchive even tho it not working. i tried discord and everything no respond.

Amazing servers & support Amazing support, with cheap but very good servers. Been using Witherhosting for a while now, everything is configurable and I've been able to do anything with my server! Multiserver plan is amazing where I can create my own servers and choose how much I want on each, I can't find another server hosting this cheap that does that! The support team is very on top of things and will get what you need done very fast and efficient.

Amazing Staff The staff are always super helpful and even go above and beyond by taking the time to diagnose issues that aren't their fault. Overall they make the process of running a server much better
