GBWither Hosting is Top Notch! The staff is amazing, I am not super experienced in server management! I have decent knowledge in programming but I started making a minecraft server network (I began on Apex Hosting, and I am planning to move my 3 servers from Apex over to witherhosting). I have run into issues (caused by me) and the staff always helps me with the most kind and thoughtful attitude! They always explain if I don't understand something, and help me however they can! I'm so grateful! I love that I can use the multiserver system to setup multiple servers with whatever allocation of CPU/RAM/SSD storage I want, My only issue is that I can't add more than 800% CPU lmao. I got enough to put more than that on each and so now I have used up my storage/RAM allocation and have extra CPU vcores. that's okay though because it'll come in handy when I swap my 3 apex servers over eventually. Overall they have the best prices, and the best service I have come across. They are also the only hosting service with the Multiserver setup that I have found thus far.

GBAmazing Staff The staff are always super helpful and even go above and beyond by taking the time to diagnose issues that aren't their fault. Overall they make the process of running a server much better

GBOverall Experience Meng was really helpful and went out of his went to assist me with my problem. Similarly all other staff members share this behaviour which is what I really appreciate. Given 4 stars as everything is perfect except the fact that there's no downtime notification and customers are left to figure out the problem themselves. It would be great to have better downtime notifications.
