I made an order I made an order, even though it claims instant delivery I never received tried to talk to online chat they did not respond. Next day I go back and and was not even rude said I never received my order and at this point I’d rather cancel as I filled my order somewhere else. He tells me cancel is not an option. Finnaly i receive my email with account log in and they tagged a nice friendly note on it. It states, The following note has been added to your order: if you being smart with us then your all previous account will be revoked so just come to live chat and take your account which you ordered Yeah I’m done with you guys you can not take back accounts you have legally sold that is fraud.

Excellent Customer Support Excellent Customer Support I bought an account off of here and it was tagged [INSTANT DELIVERY] so I assumed I would get the details to the account as soon as I processed the payment. The payment went through but the details didn't follow so I obviously panicked. But these guys have a LIVE CHAT support function so I started talking to them and asking them to help me with my problem. They explained to me that G2A pay can take some time to authorize my payment and I just needed to wait. Of course, I asked them how long and they said it would be under a hour. I was kinda let down because I didn't want to wait and expected the LIVE CHAT homie to say bye or something but the homie didn't. Literally worked on my problem until it was fixed and continued to assure me that everything would be alright. What great customer support! 10/10 if I could give 10 stars. Also don't know if its a real or fake name but the homie's name was Ashley. Either way, this person provided one of the most quality customer support services I've ever received. Thanks again!
