I had a terrible experience with this… I had a terrible experience with this seller. They sold me an account without providing the necessary information, and after a week of struggling to get in touch with them, they finally returned the account. However, their lack of communication and unresponsiveness on their website made the whole process extremely frustrating. I do not recommend dealing with them as they are unreliable and unprofessional

excellent the live chat support agent was excellent and helped me take over my account purchase and make it my own, i changed the emails and password to steam and faceit and now i can play safe and confirmed me that i can never lose the account, the owner cannot take it back
