Bought an account... I bought an account 9-1 placements and it places iron with games from previous seasons. I reached out to them the first time they kind of shrugged it off with their first comments. Posted a trust pilot review and it was because I was completely dissatisfied with my purchase. They finally offered me some sort of compensation which all 3 options were a bit disappointing. Will update if the new account provides a better experience.

(UPDATED) Problems with recieving an email (Outlook.com) For some reason did i not recieve an email automatically as it was supposed to. So i had to contact the support. After around 48 hours did i finally get my account. The support was good once i spoke to them so i’m not gonna judge them here. However they are a trusted website, but there might be a problem with the system that is supposed to send the information to your email. Could be a bug or an email issue depending on what email you use (Outlook etc). The wait time was okay for me but some people might expect faster than 48 hours. The only thing that bothered me was not having the knowledge of knowing if they are gonna give you the account you paid for or not, this is what made me a bit scared. If i would’ve recieved this confirmation mail normally all would be great.
