It was written i had to use their site’s system to get the new password but i cant log in to their site, because my password is wrong and password reset emails are not being sent. EDIT: I ended up getting a replacement and a month extra after a day of waiting for a reply. If you want to get in contact with them leave a review on Trustpilot, they don't check their emails.
