The worst coustemer service i had yet The worst coustemer service i had yet. Bought from them previously, after verfications etc. Tried to make a purchase today and had to verify again and the payment got cancelled without further explanaiton. This got to be som kind of scheem or some kind of connection with crypto p2p trading and when they cancell its probably beacuse they dont have any codes to provide. Worst of the worst, no service at all and should be invastigated by the autorities

I had purchased a Steam Card for a friend mistaken double Addressed I had purchased a Steam Card for a friend. I accidently double posted their email address in recipient's line. Contacting the Support Team, they responded quickly. Tracing the card from the order number, it was tracked and found; seeing my error. They quickly retrieved the info, cancelled the aforementioned Card. Submitted a new Card. All in all great and friendly support with positive results. So thankful for Steam and the Support Team.
