Says absolutely nothing about needing to open a support ticket to fix the issue. If that is what's needed, fix your website to be updated with accurate information

Good service Very cheap and some awesome staff, you can d anything you can do with a normal server on your own pc without issues uptime is good but it does die every now and again but when it does it comes back up after a little bit of time.
