Awesome host - but expensive. Fast response. Reliable. Support within 5 minutes from an actual person and a fix in 10minutes. No dramas. Control panel very easy to use and actually works. Tutorials - thorough and meaningful. I left one star off because it is more expensive than other hosts and they don't allow for an upgrade in an area (i.e upgrade RAM for an extra X as I don't need more GB or more 'instances' which I won't use.). Otherwise, awesome. Very happy with their service.

Great service and helpful setup. Got a link from a twitch buddy to try it and I genuinely love it. It’s been nice to have a dedicated server for my twitch community. It is a little difficult at first to set up if you don’t know what you are doing but nodecraft has some amazing instructions and YouTube is super helpful. Over all find this amazing and will continue to use it.

My minecraft server lags far too much… My minecraft server lags far too much when less than 10 players are online.It seems to mostly just happen when people load chunks, but that shouldn't cause tps to drop to 2. I was hoping to host a public server with Nodecraft but this lag makes it close to impossible to have more than 3 players on at a time.

Ive been running my Terrarria server for over 11 days and i haven't had 1 single crash or problem with it. I've asked a few questions to the customer service and they replied very fast. To be honest its the fastest i've ever seen for customer service. Very good and trustable site!

It doesn't support the latest version… It doesn't support the latest version of TModLoader, that has been out for ~2 months. The service suggested a slightly undersized instance for what I wanted, but with a smaller map it works fine. For the same reason I went back to NodeCraft after hosting several other servers with them 2 years ago.
