Poor customer support for non-premium servers I run a few Arma 3 communities for friends and myself. In the past 2 years I've worked with ServerBlend, today was the first time I've had to cancel an existing server subscription due to poor quality of service and support. Reason for cancellation: Poor customer support, inability to actually use the server with custom mods despite troubleshooting and using Command Line/Mod Manager, etc. Customer support reps were also unhelpful with troubleshooting. One of my community members who submitted a support ticket slightly misspelled the email registered with the server - so they got vague answers or straight up the rep just said they couldn't offer in-depth assistance because the misspelled email didn't show up in the system. After troubleshooting for about a week, Customer Support offered vague solutions instead of directly fixing the problems with the server files; they eventually performed server maintenance and a server restart after I had stated that I intend to issue a refund. Then when maintenance was done, the server had even more new issues unrelated to the original problems. Issues stemming from different causes such as default.cfg files being altered by the server restart. New problems on top of existing server issues with proper mod downloads. Waste of our time and money.

Incredible customer service and value I've used a variety of services over the last 10+ years when I needed a remotely hosted game for a group of friends and I. This was the smoothest, quickest setup I've ever experienced. And when there was a question on whether something could be supported, not only were they immediately open to helping, but they resolved (and automated!) adding some features to integrate Twitch streaming and modded functionality for the game we are playing now. Absolutely top notch service, and worth every penny I'd put into the company at this point. It's the most well-featured service I've found yet.

We have some fairly complex requirements and they have helped along every step of the way. I simply couldn't recommend another host more and we've been with a fair few over the last year. If you are looking for a game server host I'm confident it won't matter what game you choose ServerBlend will have your back.

Best Hosting on the Web I've hosted a handful of servers from this organization and they have been the most helpful out of any server hosting service I've ever experienced. Staff are happy to help and fast to reply. I've never encountered any issues with the service unless it was my own fault in setting up configuration. I highly recommend their service to anyone else. Very affordable and top of the line. Shout out to Jess within the support team for being amazing!

Best ARMA 3 Server I've Ever Ran This is by far the simplest and easiest to use ARMA 3 server I've ever ran. For what's included in the base package (40 slot ARMA 3 server), ServerBlend is a steal. The admin console is extremely easy to use, allows log streaming for real time monitoring, allows for server download directly from the Steam Workshop, and lots more. The staff is super responsive and very knowledgeable. If you're looking to host ARMA, I can't recommend these guys enough.
