Customer service is non-existent Customer service is non-existent. You will receive an email every 48 hours stating that they will contact you in 48 hours. Then, they stop responding completely. Zero payout. Zero account resolution. Have been receiving the runaround for weeks. They also credit accounts for good reviews and I'm sure that's the only reason that they have a decent review on Trustpilot.

Customer service doesn’t respond Well, after being a long time member, the bad has come. I have waited 6 days so far for a response as to why they won’t honor their referral bonuses and they lied about it. They just keep emailing that they will respond in 48 hours. Live chat stated that my referrals weren’t verified but after I sent proof they were indeed verified and they had spent several hundreds of dollars but I haven’t received any bonus, now McLuck has quit responding. They do NOT honor their own terms and customer service doesn’t respond.
