Have not received my (SC) winnings from the 14th still I honestly love playing the games on McLuck and there’s a huge variety. I only gave two stars because of the length of time it takes to payout! I redeemed my SC’s on the 14th and it’s still pending. I contacted customer service and all they can verify is that the amount is still pending. It’s supposed to take 3-5 business days and they tell you there’s other circumstances that are out of their control. It comes right out of my bank, as it should be able to go right back in! I hit the most bonuses on this site but what good is that if you don’t ever get your winnings? Definitely going to look for a site that is more efficient in redeeming coins.

Customer service doesn’t respond Well, after being a long time member, the bad has come. I have waited 6 days so far for a response as to why they won’t honor their referral bonuses and they lied about it. They just keep emailing that they will respond in 48 hours. Live chat stated that my referrals weren’t verified but after I sent proof they were indeed verified and they had spent several hundreds of dollars but I haven’t received any bonus, now McLuck has quit responding. They do NOT honor their own terms and customer service doesn’t respond.
