Never had a issue that couldn't be… Never had a issue that couldn't be solved, always got my items in good condition. The only issue I do have is some games/consoles are a little bit too pricey but other than that I have nothing but great things to say about dkoldies.

Thank you. DkOldies has reopened the door to my childhood and in the most random of ways I could’ve ever imagined. I was scrolling through YouTube reels one day and one of dkoldies reels popped up and I took a second out of my day to see what it was all about and it was one of the best decisions I’ve made in the last year. The amount of nostalgia and joy I’ve been able to relive made possible by this company is unfathomable and I can NOT thank the employees at DkOldies enough for doing what they do and keeping us all young at heart. Thank you to everyone that make this possible.

fantastic customer service fantastic customer service! while it's a bummer i had a defective product, they replied to my email within an hour and had already sent out a new system to replace the old one. zero hassle, polite, incredibly easy. i went out of my way to find somewhere to leave a positive review, because getting customer service like that is rare. compare that to a clothing company i'm trying to get a refund from right now who told me essentially i was wrong about their clothes being bad quality.

Horrible Price Gouging There's no other way to put this, other than that this place is absolutely horrible. There's no way you guys can justify selling a ps2 for $270, when you are paying customers $20 for theirs. That's over 10x the profit, so there is no way you rise and lower prices based on inventory when you are paying people that much and then you took the prices for trade-in's off your website cause you got called out, this company needs some serious rework cause this is ridiculous. Also why is everything on here answered with the same,
