GBVery Shady Company, Horrible Customer Service. After reading all the positive reviews online, I decided to purchase 2 modded controllers, and I paid for rush service. Their website said rush orders will ship out within 24 hours. Well 2-3 days went by, and I heard nothing from them. Normally when an item ships, you will receive a shipping notification. So, I emailed them.....No response....Emailed again, and again, and again.....Still no response. I thought, maybe they are just busy and can't reply to these messages, I will just give them a call, and leave a message. This is when it got really shady... 1-888-779-1377 that is listed on their Facebook account is no longer in service. Weird, I thought... So I called the number listed on their website 905-721-8492 many times. It just rings and rings with no answering machine. What kind of reputable business doesn't have a reliable way to communicate with their customers? I have been an online seller since January, and I am certain if I performed the way this company does, I would be out of business. Something is very weird about this company, and I didn't feel right about them. I contacted my credit card company and disputed the charge. I will never do business with these guys again.

CABEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I have been a long-time customer of intensafirestore for all my modded controllers for ps3, xbox 360 and now xbox one and ps4. Their controllers are the best on the market as I have tried their competitors and their's are the best no questions asked. Their support team know their stuff inside and out and always give the best advice when I need it. Just saying'...

GBLack of Communication They Report that they are the first to release a Modded XboxOne Controller when in fact they are not (most mod controllers for other companies have shipped) since they started Taking Pre-Orders around 12/01/2013, with a shipping date of 12/16/2013 to date (02/04/2014). the controller has still not shipped. when ever I contact them they always say next week or sometime in the next 2 weeks!

GBShipped quickly! Controller worked exactly as described but would not Sync Had an excellent experience ordering the controller. I was able to customize the controller exactly the way I wanted. Shipped same day and received controller 2 days later (earlier than expected). Only down side to the controller was that due to the customized "skin" it's ability to sync with the Xbox was greatly reduced causing me to lose sync randomly. I ended up only being able to use the controler if it's plugged in which means you cannot use it modded functionality.

GBHas some flaws Overall, this controller works great. All the mods work as promised, except there are a few overall downsides. The LB and RB buttons sometimes stick, and it always disconnects from the Xbox and requires to be resynced. I give this controller a 8/10.
