Great customer service! Great customer service and kept in constant contact, never had to wait more than a day for a response. Was fairly easy to get my details transferred over, only critique I'd offer is to send ALL of the information requests up front. Took a few days of back and forth and verification to get the transaction processed. Overall very happy with the service though.

Spent over 1000 on a maxed Osrs account and paid an extra hundred for their insurance. About 8 months later account gets recovered by original owner and I try to contact them to use the insurance and am told they can not help me. Lost 1100 usd to this website. Do not recommend. edit: they recently tried t oget trustpilot to take down my review, luckily i had screenshots saved of the conversations with accountwarehouse support saved. shady company. i am not a bot, i am a real person who had a bad experience using their service.
