No communication, No Product, No Good! No communication from vendor. Only heard from them after filing complaint with PayPal requesting a refund. The excuse that they blamed to lack of communication and no product shipping was due to a printer failure. Still haven’t received a refund because you have to wait 21 days after filing with PayPal. Ordered the boards over a month ago. Buyer beware. Major issues with this vendor!

Satisfied Overall, I was satisfied with the product to give as a gift. I was disappointed on the day of opening because I noticed there were two corners of the boards that appeared to be damaged with a rippled effect in the lamination. Not sure if the damage was due to the packaging it came in with shipping or the quality of the product. I will also add that I expected the top of the board to have a legit sealed wood effect, however, it looks like a laminated wood print. Also the item did not come in time for Christmas, no discount was offered.

Wouldn’t adjust so I could get the free… Wouldn’t adjust so I could get the free shipping coupon code that I noticed after I had already ordered. Contacted and they said no but wanted the set anyway so I left my order as is then they never shipped it anyway. Ended up canceling the entire order. Poor customer service, poor updates about the order, and poor shipping (never shipped!).

Poor shipping quality control Love the products and we use them exclusively in our local mens league. Unfortunately my personal order was a fail. Order the premium boards with 8-ply tops but after waiting weeks to arrive received the standard boards with weak 5-ply tops. Now after two emails still no answer from the company on how they make it right. Very disappointing.

Beautiful Boards Their boards were a little pricier than my go-to site, but being as how my last name is Wood, and they offered free shipping, I decided to give them a shot. I bought two sets, one from Slick Woody's and the other from a well-know corn hole site, and you can see and feel the difference. The Slick Woody boards had a much more finished look to them, the colors more vibrant, the extra touches (handle, wood-burned brand) useful and effective. I'm hoping these boards last forever, but if they dont, I know where I'm returning
