I'm happy I discovered Focus Attack. I like the selection at Focus Attack. Spare joystick parts not available at other stores. Plus, shipping charges are not overdone. Other online stores charges an arm and a leg to ship to Canada, breaking any deal they may have. Prices are good, shipping charges are good, selection is good, so I'll come back to Focus Attack. I'm happy I discovered this store.

Fantastic company Fantastic company - been buying from them for a year or two now, and they always have incredibly good prices for both the various parts they sell and custom products. Only ever had one issue with an order (faulty button, not at all their fault - bad stock happens, and it certainly wasn't damaged in shipping) and they immediately sent out a replacement. 5/5, would - and will - absolutely buy from them in the future.

beware products with hidden time delays there was no indicator that an uncustomized piece of plexi i ordered would require custom build time, making my entire order extremely late. definitely never shopping here again.

After some emailing the problem was solved satisfactory I had a problem with my order. It took quite a few emails but the end result was satisfactory.
