Best gift idea for my nephew! My nephew is loving his monthly delivery from Air Drop Crates. It gives him something to look forward to each month while he’s been in COVID lockdown this past year. Each box is filled with quality products and he loves everything!

I canceled but was still charged I canceled but was still charged. This was supposed to be a 1 year Christmas gift. Getting a response from anyone has been very difficult and you guys are refusing to cancel and refund. If this is truly how you do business it is a horrible business practice. I couldn't afford to keep getting this and it has put me in a really bad spot. You guys lied and said you sent multiple emails about renewal but only sent one saying you were charging me and I canceled immediately. Not to happy with the customer service I have received if you can even call it that.

Better than Loot Crate I have been a customer with Air Drop Crates since their launch in 2018. I must say I love the product. I have even purchased a subscription for my brother as well, and he really enjoys his monthly crate. The products are thoughtful and creative. The experience is nothing short of exciting and professional starting from the moment you get the box. Air Drop Crates also does a monthly giveaway that’s worth at least the value of the crate, which is always exciting to see what the prize is. I’ve even seen them give away a gaming keyboard... 10/10 I would recommend Air Drop Crates to any gamer!

It's ok I mean some stuff I got from… It's ok I mean some stuff I got from the crate were really cool such as the Squirtle figure and got Redbull and some candy but would be nice to put a lot more in the crates there just needs to be more cool stuff in it is all

First time User Experience The box I received was Halloween themed. I've tried many services over the years and this is right up there with some of the best I've received. Although a bit on the pricier side, the box has items that matches the theme of the box and that are relevant to what gamers are looking for. My only criticism is that both boxes I received had 3 items with the second one counted as 4 items with a 50-cent chocolate bar which did not really add value to the box so it would be nice to have a full 4-5 items where majority are premium. Other than this, great box and will subscribe again.
