SATotally poor customer service experience I’ve been using the website for a while, and everything was fine. Until I ordered a 25 dollar Itunes card, which when redeemed turns out it was a 5 dollar card. Contacted them as soon as possible, however they just took long to reply, and if they reply it’s just the same old “Thanks for contacting us. We apologize for the inconvenience. We will investigate the problem and contact you as soon as possible within few hours. Thanks for being patient.” Still I have faith in them to really help me out but, I think this is the last time for me.

PAWould not recommend After paying for my order with my credit card, they needed a scan of my ID card before they would send me the code. Customer service was slow in responding, and after my order I asked if there was a way to avoid this hassle if I order from them again in the future. They did not even reply, though their customer service emails said to enquire about how to become a verified customer. Will not be buying from them again.

GBif done correctly, FLAWLESS! Once purchased, you have to read the email they send you requesting info to verify you are the account holder of the card used. I'm glad they do this, and I wish ALL online places would, so the purchaser is the verified card holder. This prevents people from using your account to shop frivolously online! Educate yourselves people! Thank you Maximuscards for the discount!

Due to our fraud prevention policy, we might need more information if needed. Please contact your bank/check online banking to get this unique identifier in the credit card transaction. Thank you for your cooperation. What does means? please can someone help
