Did not receive order and site is down. My son placed an order about three weeks ago and it has not been delivered. Tracking is not available. To add, the website is totally down and has been for some time.

Excellent niche shop Excellent niche shop! Got some hard-to-find items, and had a great experience with customer service. Shipping was efficient, and the order arrived timely--yay! I wish they had some perks for customers who come back for more orders😋--there are still a few things that I want to get.

total scam total scam. been 6 days with no email about tracking. as i paid alot for shipping. emailed them several times to no response at all if you dare to respond to videogamesupply. before you ask. i have emailed you several times. so quit the fake replies. i have sent your domain. email and transaction infos to Better Business bureau i have notified my bank and all over forms of payments you list on your site of the scam they are supporting.
