Yet I gave it 3 stars because I praised the cheap prices but I was concerned of lack of security (at the time of writing that review in 2018) and it took a while to recieved my key yet they flagged it down as breaking the rules. More like trying to get rid of bad reviews so I wouldn't recommened them at all as they don't believe people's shopping exp should be honest.

excellent service i bought sims 4 as my last game was so glitchy and was not repairable, went to Games Deal for the cheapest price and got my key within minutes. such a easy process with buying the game, would definitely recommend using the site.

Fraudulent Fraudulent. Ordered xbox live gold pass, did not receive code after 1 week. Attempted to speak with customer service via online chat 20+ Times, but no one available. Wrote 3 emails to customer service, none answered. Bank reported fraud activity reported on credit card used for transaction. Had bank reverse payment on initial charge and ordered a new card. Stay away from this vendor. I have tried to reach you guys via online chat customer service no less than 20 times. I do not have an order number- nothing was ever emailed about the purchase.

things got sorted out i recently posted that Gamesdeal didn't send me my key for the game i bought but they have pulled through and did what i thought they wouldn't do. i apologize if my previous review came off pretty bad. as i have said before, i've ordered from gamesdeal many times in the past two years so i had confidence in them. they continue to change their methods but it is comforting to know they are still willing to provide good service. i hope you guys continue to try your best with your website and i hope you can forgive me for my first review on you all.

SCAM COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This company is a joke, my email on file got hacked so I logged in to change the email on file and then it says it will send a verification code to the email, when I open the email its blank. I contact the support and you get someone that can't speak English's. I explain the situation and they say I cant change the email on file even though it says I can. Then I ask that person to delete the entire account and was told just to log out and "our guys do it in a few hrs" Seriously what a b/s scam and when you contact them via FB they actually go by a different name there. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THESE SCAMMERS THEY ARE JUST LOOKING TO GATHER ANY INFO THEY CAN ON YOU.
