Easy purchase and quick delivery! As a first-time buyer of JJGames, I felt a little on-the-fence about my order, although mostly because of their outdated online presence. However, the order was shipped and delivered very quickly, and at a rather low price. To be honest, I wasn't too nervous about the quality of the item, since it was listed as brand new.

Helpful and honest I had placed an order with Jjgames in the afternoon, and within hours had received a confirmatory email. When I had a question about the purchase, they responded very quickly. It turned out that the item I ordered wasn't what I thought it was. They quickly cancelled the order and promptly refunded my money. They were helpful and honest. You can't ask for much more.

Will not respond I ordered a Gameboy Advance SP. They sent me an item not matching the description, so I asked for a refund, and they decided not to respond after I told them what was wrong with the item. It's been over a week now and I really need to return this system, however their awful customer service (if you even want to call it that) decided not to respond to me after asking what the problem was. YES. They asked me what the problem was, I told them the problem, and they never responded. Terrible company, I've only ever heard negative things about them. Do not buy anything from them.

Be very careful of this business Be very careful of this business, while I had ordered several N64 games from them there was one that stood out the most they had charged full price as per an authentic cartridge it had in fact been a reproduction cartridge they sent which its worth is less than half the price I paid for. Uncertain what kind of quality of their warehouse is in inspection of their products they get, did they even look at it? Did they get duped themselves and try to pass their loss onto a customer, or are they just unaware of the business they specialize in? Upon contact they want me to front the shipping back for their mistakes.

I have done business with JJGames… I have done business with JJGames SEVERAL times and always exact game or product I ordered as described and shipped outstandingly fast. Will buy from them till they stop selling.
