Very rigid customer support I contacted customer support for a few different concerns, and they were incredibly rigid. After I followed up, they outright ignored my follow-up inquiries. Rather than trying to make things right by their customer as a new site, they were very rigid. It felt like I was talking to a robot, or AI. Customer support might as well not exist if there isn't a human capable of discernment, or escalation system. There are many other Social Casino sites out there. I haven't had a bad experience at Stake, Luckyland, Chumba, Fortune Coins, Sportzino, or Zula Casino. For a new site, they could easily win over long-term customers by trying to work with customers for fair solutions.

Stay away! Stay away!! Support is non existent for simple issues. Had an issue with my email and tried to change it, no answer. (Both direct email and submitting a form on the help site) Messaged them on social media, no response. Just now left a phone message but it’s a generic answering machine so I don’t have much hope I’ll get a response. I have pending withdrawals, but radio silence going on a week now (not even an email). They did approve my initial withdrawal, but nowhere close to what I spent. They just need to refund me at this point minus the processed withdrawal. Once they make this right (if they do at all) I’ll update this to 5 stars, for their accountability. Stay away!! Spree for the win! *Edit* After a bit more time and experience with Spree, I want to add how exceptional their customer service has been to any and all inquiries I've had. I have never on any site, ever had such quick responses to my support inquires in my life. If you haven't given them a chance yet, I highly suggest you do, I am truly in shock, and they without a doubt care more about their customer than any of the others, and from my experiences it isnt even close! Well I ended up being able to redeem off my sign up free bonus. I've seen a lot of mixed reviews about them around, and by the looks of it when they first started they were a bit overwhelmed and not ready for the wave that came their way. I told myself that if the redemption went smoothly I'd come here and review them, so here I am. Smooth site, easy verification, and very smooth redemption process, and redemption time. Redeemed on the 24th in the morning, and in my bank account showing on the 25th, I mean it doesn't get much better than that, and I couldn't be happier! Thank you Spree, I certainly will be back!

This place is a legit scam This place is a legit scam. I've deposited 30+ times and evey time, nothing. No bonus spins, no wins. I've went through an entire deposit of 20, 30, even 40 dollars and not win a single spin. It's crazy how this website is legally available to the public. Even a blind squirrel can find a nut. You can't hit anything at this scam site. I've spoken with support and have multiple messages of there system in place and it's a scam. Multiple support members names, same guy on his cell phone every time. My next stop is the FTC.

Cant even make purchase, ir asks to verify phone number, when I enter it i receive text with a code, but there is no space on website where to enter it. Such a disaster . So if social casino cant make normal, working website before release it for use, I doubt they will pay anything. Also wasn't able to get free daily SC. Garbage.
