Bad Support Experience Purchased a guide thinking it will be good that just turned out to be a wiki in pdf format. Want to return the guide but their contact us page is broken and hasn't been fixed the last 3-4 days and their direct email address you email for help doesn't respond at all. Really bad experience.

Great guide I bought this Gil guide for FFXIVARR and it helped me make tons of money. The thing I like most is how its always being updated to keep up with changing times. I highly recommend it.

Guide is put together very well. I bought my FFXIV Lancer Guide from them, and it greatly helped the way I played. Although, it could have been nicer if there were images in the guide too. Other than that, there is nothing bad I can say about the guide. Maybe they will put the images on the free updates. Anyway, I will recommend this to my friends.
