I was asked to verify my identity, I sent all the required documents but there were no replies whatsoever until 3 hours later, they said they canceled my order and issued a refund but it's been more than 24H and still nothing. At this point, I don't know if I'll ever get my money back but I don't want others to go through the same crappy experience. TLDR; f them there are many other legit companies
