Never arrived. Customer service useless Ordered the new oled dock when it was on backorder. It was shipped from a warehouse in China but never arrived. When I contacted customer service, they kept telling me to contact the shipping company directly even though Skull & Co should have all the information and shipping insurance. Very unprofessional and doesn't respect the customer at all. Don't trust the reviews on their website. I left a review there and it never showed up. They definitely filter what shows up.

Terrible customer service Terrible customer service. Sent me wrong item and then blamed me for the mistake. Would not accept return or exchange and I will not do business with them again. Buyer beware - should have read these other reviews before ordering.

Gripcase Crystal I recently purchased the Gripcase Crystal bundle and I am SUPER happy with it! Looks great, allows me to play Switch much longer without my hands cramping up, and it's really easy to fit and change the Grips. Don't believe the hype I bought a switch case from them after seeing all the good reviews and it was loose, covered half the ventilation for the console and the soft tpu had already sagged in transit. Contacted customer support with no solution and they don't publish any reviews under 3 stars on their site. Not an honest company, very dissapointed and will stick with Mumba from now on.
